The Board of Directors meet on the third Wednesday
of every month to review finances and to update everyone on the
committee work that is ongoing.
All parents are welcomed to attend the general session which usually
starts at 7:30pm. This is a
great way for you to catch up on everything the organization is doing to
make this the best program possible for our students.
During the meetings, new ideas and needs are shared, and everyone’s
input is very much welcomed.

To submit an agenda topic, please contact the
Secretary to add your topic to the agenda.
Minutes to the meetings will be published in our 'login' section,
once we get it developed.
